Ms. Holzer graduated from Seattle University with a BA in Ecological Studies, and worked as an environmental scientist in the Las Vegas valley prior to entering the law. Her experience as an environmental scientist included performing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on commercial properties, mold investigation for the City of Las Vegas, and asbestos pre and post-remediation testing.
Ms. Holzer attended law school at William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, where she was recognized for her legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Holzer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan, in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Ms. Holzer has experience defending medical malpractice cases, subcontractors in construction defect cases and defendants in complex commercial litigation.
