Rusty Graf is an A-V rated attorney and a founding partner at Feldman Graf, P.C. His areas of practice are on Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Bad Faith Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation.
Mr. Graf is a former Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph Pavlikowski, Eighth Judicial District Court from 1996 to 1997, and the Honorable Nancy A. Becker, Eighth Judicial District Court from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Graf has experience in State, Federal and Administrative Courts in the State of Nevada. Mr. Graf has litigated numerous jury trials to verdict as both plaintiff and defense counsel. Prior to founding the firm of FeldmanGraf, P.C., Mr. Graf practiced in the area of Insurance Defense handling matters dealing with Construction Defect, Motor Vehicle Collisions and Insurance Coverage issues.
Mr. Graf has been a member of the American Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Graf is also currently a member of the United States District Court for the District Court of Nevada and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Graf attended Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts and University of Nevada Las Vegas and obtained a B.S.B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1992. Thereafter, Mr. Graf attended Seattle University (previously the University of Puget Sound) School of Law, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1996.
Mr. Graf has worked for the benefit of several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Bishop Gorman High School.
Mr. Graf was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, June 30, 1970, and has been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1980.
